They wing it. They think they’re fit enough, or that skiing looks easy. The reality is different on the slopes, usually around lunchtime on day two, in front of everyone.
We make your trip better, much better. When you’re prepared you enjoy it more. In easy-to-follow, clear, simple steps we take you through an at-home programme guaranteed to get results, whatever fitness level you’re at now. From totally unfit to really fit. NO equipment to buy, NO gym membership needed.
In terms of what the trip costs, this is a small investment (typically less than 5%) and worth every penny. Typically three short sessions a week in your room, in halls or back home for the summer, phone-friendly, no gym membership needed. First time on snow? Start with Foundation and nobody ever needs to know. Been before? This is the trip where it clicks. And the PRE-SKI certificate settles at least one argument in the group chat.
A write-off, and everybody knows it. Up at six, an hour queuing for boots, first proper run somewhere after eleven. Nobody minds, because everyone is equally rough.
Early in the afternoon, your quads go. The people you came with keep getting back on the lift. You either say something out loud, or you follow them up and fall over on the flat bit in front of the queue.
A week costs most students the better part of a month’s budget. A day on the sofa with your legs gone is a day you paid for and did not use.
Skiing punishes anybody who can’t hold a bent-knee position for more than a minute, and that’s trainable at home in your room. 8 weeks of it and day two feels like day one.
Early afternoon on day two is where uni trips fall apart. The wall sits, squats and step-ups in Preparation are aimed squarely at that point, because it is the one that decides your week. Get through it and you ski the same runs as everyone else, all week, with something left in the tank for the evening.
Nobody wants to be the one asking the group to slow down. 8 weeks of Preparation means you turn up able to do what your mates are doing, which changes the trip socially as much as physically. If you have never skied at all, Foundation starts from nothing, and nobody in the group chat needs to know. 4 weeks of pre-work gets you up to speed.
Foundation and Preparation together are £59, which is roughly one night out in a resort. Follow the programme and if you’re not stronger, fitter and better prepared by the end, you get all of it back.
Build endurance, strength and mobility so you can ski longer and safer, with less risk of injury.
Train your mindset and self-talk for better confidence and decision-making on the slopes, even when things get tough.
Understand what you need, what to bring, and how to use your gear. Focus on the experience, not the unknowns.
See and feel a noticeable improvement. PRE-SKI gives you the edge to progress faster and enjoy more.
We have a special discount for university groups. Everyone needs their own course, with separate logins, so each person tracks their own progress and earns their own certificate at the end. The course tracks individual progress and once each week is complete it is done, so it’s not possible to share one account between you. To help out, we’re offering 25% off Premium Supported this season. That’s £37.25 off each, so if five of you go it’s a saving of £186.25. Use discount code PRESKI-25OFF.

Follow the programme and if you’re not stronger, fitter and better prepared, you’ll be fully refunded. Guaranteed! How the guarantee works
Someone in the group will no doubt ask whether two of you can split one course between you. The answer, and the reason behind it, is on the questions and answers page.
