PRE-SKI course terms

Who you are buying from: these terms are between you and Brand Growth Partners Ltd (company number 15039059, registered at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX), trading as Pre-Ski, referred to here as we or us. They apply when you buy a PRE-SKI course.

What you are buying: online access to the PRE-SKI preparation course or courses you select, for one person, delivered online and done at home.

Full Programme Premium Supported also includes the Premium pack: Premium Skill Sheets for every exercise, the Parent and Guardian Guide, the Skiing Lingo Guide, the kit checklist, the progress wall chart, the Mind Ready journal, and warm-up and cool-down cards. The Premium pack carries multi-language and SEND options. It is material we have written and designed, not ongoing coaching or one-to-one support.

Price and payment: the price is the one shown at checkout, and includes VAT where it applies. Payment is taken once, upfront, and your access opens as soon as it clears. Card statements show PRE-SKI.COM. PayPal payments appear as BGPDIGITAL.

Discount codes: we run three kinds of code and only one can be used per checkout.

The School Programme code is issued to a school that has signed up. It takes Full Programme Premium Supported from £149 to £99. It is for families at that school only.

The multiple-booking code takes 25% off Full Programme Premium Supported. It is for bookings of two or more people, each buying their own place with the same code. It is not valid on a single booking, and we may ask for the difference where it has been used on one.

Free place codes are single use, issued through a school for pupil premium pupils and for teachers on the trip. You check out at £0.00 with a card still entered, so we know an adult is signing up.

Codes generally: each code is issued for a stated purpose and a stated period, and we can withdraw or replace a code at any time for future purchases. Withdrawing a code never affects a course you have already bought.

Access: you get digital access as soon as your payment is taken. Access runs for twelve months from purchase, and if you finish the course sooner it stays open for the rest of those twelve months.

Moving up a course: if you buy one course and then want more, you pay the difference rather than buying again. Add Progression for £40 and Foundation plus Preparation becomes the Full Programme, or add Premium Support for £50 and the Full Programme becomes Full Programme Premium Supported. Both are on the questions and answers page.

Starting now, and your 14-day cancellation right: because this is digital content you can use straight away, you would normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By buying and getting immediate access, you ask us to start supplying the course now, and you accept that you lose that 14-day cancellation right once you have access. You confirm this at checkout. Our own guarantee below still applies afterwards.

Our money-back guarantee: separately from your legal rights, we promise this: follow the programme, and if you are not stronger, fitter and better prepared, we will refund you in full. Where the buyer is a parent or guardian buying for a child, the same applies to the child who did the course.

The conditions of the guarantee: the claim window opens when the full course is completed, and you then have 14 days to claim. A claim is made on the refund claim form at pre-ski.com/claim.html, and to be valid it must include all of the following: (1) completion of every week and every weekly check of the course you bought, which we verify from your course account, so you do not need to send us evidence of it; (2) a short video, uploaded, of the person who did the course performing one of the exercises from the final week of that course; and (3) your statement on the form that you are not stronger, fitter and better prepared than at the start. We respond within five working days and refunds are made to the original payment method.

If a refund is made, your access ends: the money goes back to the card or account you paid with, and your access to the refunded course or courses, and to any material that came with them, closes at the same time. Your login will no longer open them. This applies however the refund arises, whether under this guarantee, under your legal rights, or because you asked us and we agreed. Downloaded or printed material that you keep is covered by the usual restriction below: it remains for one person's personal use, and it may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

These conditions are published on the guarantee page and on the claim form before purchase. The guarantee is about completing the course. It is a voluntary promise in addition to your legal rights and does not affect or replace them, and nothing in it limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your legal rights: the course must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, a replacement or a refund, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.

The certificate: completing Preparation and passing a short readiness check earns the PRE-SKI certificate. It shows the preparation was completed. It is, of course, not a guarantee of safety on the slopes. Nothing and no one can offer that guarantee.

The name printed on the certificate is the one typed in at the claim page. We use it to make the certificate, email the certificate to the account address, and do not keep it.

Using the course: it is for one person’s personal use. Courses are individual and not designed to be shared, and the platform tracks progress against one account. Sharing invalidates the certificate and any guarantee.

Health and fitness: the programme is general preparation and we are not qualified to give medical advice. If you have a health condition, an injury or a specific need, check with your doctor or a medical professional before you start. Parents should do the same for a child with a condition or an injury, and should supervise younger children during exercise.

Your data: we are the data controller. We use your details to provide the course and, if you opt in, to send useful updates. We do not sell your data. Our privacy policy explains this in full.

Changes: we may update these terms for future purchases. The version you accept at checkout is the one that applies to your purchase.

Questions and complaints: contact us at info@pre-ski.com.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes can be dealt with by its courts.

Acceptance: ticking the box at checkout accepts these terms.
