Refund claim form

Sorry it did not land for you. Fill this in and we will come back to you within five working days.

The guarantee conditions in short: the course finished, claimed within 14 days of finishing, and a short video of one exercise from your final week. Everything on this form is confidential and used only to deal with your claim.

First, is this something we can fix?

Plenty of claims turn out to be a problem at our end rather than a problem with the course. If any of these is what happened, email info@pre-ski.com instead of filling this in. We sort them out, usually the same day, and you keep the course.

  • You cannot log in, or the password reset is not arriving.
  • A week will not unlock, or a video will not play.
  • An injury or a health condition means you cannot do some of the exercises. We will work round it.
  • You bought the wrong course, or bought twice by mistake.
  • You ran out of time before the trip. Your access runs twelve months, so the course is still there for the next one.

If none of those is it, and you did the work and it did not deliver, carry on below.

Your order

It has to be the same address, because that is how we find your order.

Claims are open for 14 days from this date.

What happened

Be specific and be blunt. This is the part that actually changes the course for the next person.

The guarantee needs every week and every check completed. Tell us the truth here and we will still read your claim.

Show us the work

We check your progress ourselves, from your account. There is nothing for you to send us to prove you finished, and we never ask for your certificate, which has nothing to do with the guarantee.

30 seconds is plenty. Pick one of the harder movements from the last week of whichever course you bought, week 4 on Foundation, week 8 on Preparation or Progression. Filmed on a phone is exactly what we expect.

We reply within five working days. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

This guarantee sits on top of your legal rights and never replaces them. The full mechanics are in the course terms.
